well the Darleks are back... or at least A Darlek is back... or was... or will be... darm those pesky time travel stories! anyway the latest episode of doctor who was great. When the darlek was sitting in the dark when the doctor first came into 'rescue' it all the hairs o the back of my neck stood on end... i also started aikido last night at the sports centre. All i did in my first lesson was learn how roll with the falls which entailed rolling around a lot on the crash mats... sounds easy but i am soooo bruised and stiff today you would imagine i went through a full blown battle. felt like i had a proper work out though and am looking forward to Thursday when i put my self though the punishment all over again (that is if i can get their okay, can hardly walk today)... on thing for sure, it helped with my insomnia i didn't awake up until 9 today! great stuff.
